I’ve a date!

And I cannot wait!

I’m counting down the hours ‘til Tuesday.

I’ve a date!

And it feels so great

I’m so excited I cannot sleep.

I’ve a date!

I didn’t hesitate

When I got the chance I said “YES!”

I’ve a date!

While it must be fate,

I’m getting butterflies in my tummy.

I’ve a date!

And I daren’t be late

I really must show up on time.

I’ve a date!

Time to celebrate

I’ll wear full make up, heels and a dress.

I’ve a date!

It’s time to vaccinate,

And trust in a great new beginning.
