It is bleak
How can we see The positives You hear so many stories of The healing of the natural world Uplifting cacophonies The crash and bang of pots and pans Singing out of windows I am Teaching children in China to read Shakespeare Watching the sunrise Re-devouring the pages of Harry Potter Playing cards for hours Teaching my Dad who resides in another time zone to use Zoom Shopping for an elderly neighbour But then I remember I am also Suffocating in the airing cupboard of my anxiety I am Crippled by uncertainty Restless energy pumping through my veins So alone at home
Now read from the bottom to the top
